2024 Season - Athlete requirement

Akivate packet needs to be completed for June 1st and on.  Existing physicals are acceptable if they were completed in the last 12 months.

Must be completed and turned in on aktivate.  See document below.

If a student does not have insurance it can be paid through the school district using the link below.
